A simple recipe for vegetables with potatoes in a slow cooker
What to take for 1 kg of potatoes:
- bell pepper;
- carrot;
- eggplant;
- onion;
- five tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- two cloves of garlic;
- tomato sauce (optional);
- spices.
Sequence:
- Peel the potatoes and cut into quarters.
- Cut the eggplant into circles with the skin.
- Bulgarian pepper cut into strips, after removing the seeds and tail.
- Grate carrots, preferably on a coarse grater.

- After 10 minutes, put potatoes in a slow cooker, s alt, pepper, stir and close. Set the "Extinguishing" program for an hour.
- Before the end of the stew (8-10 minutes), throw in the chopped garlic and put a little tomato sauce.
Put the prepared potatoes with vegetables from the multicooker, garnish with fresh herbs and bring to the table.

What to take for 1 kg of potatoes:
- onion;
- carrot;
- two tomatoes;
- 100 g hard cheese;
- 20g frozen asparagus and corn each;
- 2 spoons of garlic sauce;
- basil, dill;
- s alt;
- ground pepper.
Sequence:
- Grate carrots and hard cheese, chop onions, cut tomatoes into circles.
- Thaw frozen vegetables.
- Peel potatoes, wash and cut into circles, s alt andpepper.
- Put the slow cooker on “Frying”, pour in vegetable oil (3 tablespoons) and heat for about 10 minutes.
- Fry the onions and carrots for five minutes. Then comes the potatoes.
- When the program ends, put asparagus and corn, and set for 40 minutes "Stew", add garlic sauce, stir. Put in the tomatoes and cheese last.
- Simmer under the lid until the end of the program time. You can open the slow cooker to stir.
Put the baked potatoes with vegetables from the multicooker on plates and serve as an independent dish.
Steamed beef with potatoes in a slow cooker
For five medium-sized tubers you will need:
- 0.5kg boneless meat (beef);
- bulb;
- carrot;
- bell pepper;
- garlic clove;
- two large spoons of sour cream;
- two glasses of hot water;
- two tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- paprika, basil, dried dill, s alt, rosemary, ground pepper.
Sequence:
- Chop the onion finely, chop the carrots on a grater. Fry the onion in oil in the frying mode. When the onion is golden, add the carrots and cook for five minutes.
- Cut off the leg from the pepper, remove the seeds, cut into slices or cubes, put in a slow cooker and fry with onions and carrots, not forgetting to stir.
- Scrape the meat with a knife, wipe with a napkin, cut into medium-sized square pieces. Put in a slow cooker, fryabout 5 minutes.
- Pour sour cream, s alt, ground pepper, rosemary and basil. Put the minced garlic into the bowl last.
- Turn off the frying mode and switch to stewing under the lid for 45 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes, wash them, chop them quite large and send them to the steaming basket, pour the wig, dill, s alt.
- Open multi bowl, insert basket, close.
- After the beep, take out the beef and vegetable flavored potatoes, then the beef and vegetables.
You can treat family members with a hot and hearty meal. Instead of asparagus and corn, you can put any other vegetables.
Potatoes with chicken and vegetables in a slow cooker

- 200g chicken fillet;
- carrot;
- 200g white cabbage;

Sequence:
- Chicken meat cut into cubes and send to the multicooker bowl, where sunflower oil has already been poured.
- Set the "Extinguishing" program for 1 hour. Cook the chicken for a quarter of an hour, not forgetting to stir, then put the carrots cut into bars.
- After 10 minutes, add potato cubes and chopped into narrow stripswhite cabbage. Pour a glass of hot water, a pinch of s alt, stir. Cook for another 20 minutes.
