What to take for 1 kg of potatoes:

  • bell pepper;
  • carrot;
  • eggplant;
  • onion;
  • five tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • two cloves of garlic;

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into quarters.

  9. Before the end of the stew (8-10 minutes), throw in the chopped garlic and put a little tomato sauce.
