Classic dessert recipe

It is recommended to prepare dessert in the evening so that it is well saturated overnight. But everything is individual and relative.
So, the cooking steps and ingredients for classic tiramisu at home:
- Brew natural coffee (10 grams) in 100 milliliters of boiling water, cool.
- Make a cream with powdered sugar (10 grams), chicken eggs (3 pieces) and mascarpone cheese (250 grams).
- Beat egg yolk and powdered sugar separately.
- Add cheese, beat.
- Prepare the protein air mass (using a mixer) and pour it into the cream, mix.
- Prepare a tray with high sidesor split form.
- Divide Savoyardi cookies (200 grams) into 2 parts.
- Soak the first batch of coffee with cognac (pour 15 milliliters) and put on the bottom of the mold.
- Spread half of the cream evenly over the surface of the cookie.
- Put the second batch soaked in coffee on top and apply cream in the same way.
- After 6-8 hours of dessert infusion, sprinkle the top with grated dark chocolate (50 grams).
Recipe without eggs
You can also make tiramisu at home with a recipe without eggs. And replace this ingredient with cream (33% fat).
Cooking and ingredients:
- Cold liquid cream (200 ml) beat until thick, gradually adding powdered sugar (100 grams).
- Carefully fold softened mascarpone cheese (0.5 kilograms) into the cream with a wooden spoon or spatula.
- Make coffee (dry component 10 grams and boiling water 200 milliliters), add 20 milliliters of strong alcohol (cognac, brandy, and so on).
- Prepare the form and put on the bottom half of the savoiardi cookies (300 grams of this ingredient is needed), soaked in coffee.
- Make a layer of cream (1/2 of everything cooked) and grated dark chocolate (100 grams) on top.
- Followed again with a layer of soaked biscuits and the remaining cream.
- Soak dessert for 6 hours.
- Sprinkle the finished dish with cocoa powder.

- Take 5 eggs, separate the whites from the yolks.
- The second beat with sugar (200 grams).
- Make a thick white foam from proteins and add whipped yolks to it.

- Mix the resulting mass with 200 grams of flour.
- Put the dough into a baking paper-lined pan.

- Brew natural coffee (200 milliliters), pour in cognac (30 milliliters).
- Cut the biscuit cake into oblong pieces and put half of them on the bottom of the mold, pour coffee with cognac (1/2 part) and put half of the cream.
- Rearrange the biscuit pieces and drizzle with coffee soak.
- Make the top layer from the remaining cream.
- Close form with food dessertpolyethylene and refrigerate 3 hours.
- Ready cake sprinkled with cocoa or ground nuts.
Tiramisu with orange liqueur and green tea

- Add 50 milliliters of honey, mix and cook a thick mass in a water bath.
- Mix chilled mixture with mascarpone (225 grams).
- Separately whip the cream (200 ml) and add to the mixture.
- Make air foam from proteins and mix with yolk cream.
- To assemble the dessert, you need 100 grams of elongated biscuit cookies.
- Prepare impregnation for it by first brewing a bag of green tea in 50 milliliters of hot water.
- Add 30 milliliters of orange liqueur to tea.
- Put half of the cookies on the bottom of the mold, dipping each in tea with liquor.
- Apply cream evenly on top, then another layer of cookies and cream;
- Insist dessert in a cold place for 1 hour, after which you can decorate with grated chocolate, fruit, sugarpowder.
With rum impregnation
For lovers of strong alcohol, such as rum, this tiramisu cooking option will be a real find. Impregnation for cookies is made from strong coffee and rum.
Ingredients and cooking steps:
- Beat the yolks (3 pieces) with sugar (60 grams).
- Heat the mixture in a water bath until the density of sour cream, cool.
- Soften the mascarpone (350 grams) and gradually stir into the egg mixture.
- Whip liquid cream (33% fat) with powdered sugar (30 grams).
- Combine both mixtures.
- Brew coffee (50 grams) in boiling water (350 milliliters), cool and add rum (40 milliliters).
- Put parchment paper into a deep dish, on top of which spread 1/3 of the cream evenly.
- Then soak savoiardi cookies (200 grams) and put 1/2 part on the bottom layer of cream.
- Spread another 1/3 of the cream on top and the rest of the cookies.
- Make the top of the remaining cream and cocoa (30 grams), cool.
Dessert is ready to eat in 5 hours.
With berries
Another original recipe for tiramisu at home without eggs, but with the addition of fresh berries: cherries or cherries (pitted), strawberries or wild strawberries.
To prepare this dessert, you need:
- Soften the mascarpone (0.5 kilograms), add powdered sugar (40 grams) and liqueur to taste (20 milliliters), beat the mixture.

- Assemble the dessert: put a bottom layer of half of the cookies (soaked in coffee), spread cream (1/2 part) on top, then a layer of biscuit cookies and cream.
- Decorate the top of the tiramisu cake with cocoa.
- Refrigerate 8 hours.
With baby cheeses
A simple and original recipe for tiramisu at home without mascarpone. Instead of this component, sweet vanilla curds for children and heavy cream are used.

Preparing dessert in this way is quite simple and relatively fast (only about 4.5 hours).
Ingredients and cooking steps:
- 5 yolks combine with sugar (100 grams), beat.
- Pour Marsala wine (100 ml) into the mixture, stir.
- Prepare the egg mass in a water bath of a thick consistency, cool.
- Make coffee (100 milliliters), strain and pour into cream.
- Add softened mascarpone cheese (250 grams) and beat the sweet mass.

Ingredients and cooking steps:
- Beat 4 eggs with sugar (200 grams).
- Add baking powder (10 grams) to the flour (200 grams), mix and pour the mixture over the eggs.
- Add 50 milliliters of boiled water and 50 milliliters of vegetable oil.
- Grease the bowl with a piece of butter or margarine (20 grams) and put the dough.
- Cook the cake in a slow cooker in the "Baking" program (1 hour).
- For impregnation, brew strong coffee (50 grams of dry ingredient in 250 milliliters of boiling water), cool and add 50 milliliters of cognac.
- For the cream, beat the yolks (5 pieces) and powdered sugar (100 grams).
- Soften mascarpone cheese (400 grams) and stir into mixture.

- Combine both mixtures.
