Basic cooking steps:
- Sort the buckwheat, put it in a saucepan, pour water and put on fire. In this case, the ratio of liquid and cereal must be 2: 1. To make porridgemore fragrant, buckwheat can be lightly fried in a dry frying pan beforehand.

- 3 cups (multi-cooker) buckwheat;
- 1 bell pepper;

- some mushrooms (any);
- 2 bulbs;
- 5 multi-cooker glasses of water;
- vegetable oil.
You need to cook such a dish step by step:
- First mushrooms separately needwash, randomly cut and boil. This stage can be excluded if you use champignons for work.
- Peel (if necessary) and rinse vegetables. After that, they must be crushed. It is better to grate the carrots, and randomly cut the onion and pepper into cubes.

- Let the finished dish stand for about 10 more minutes.
Buckwheat with mushrooms in a multicooker, prepared according to this recipe, turns out fragrant, juicy and very tasty.
