The mixture must be constantly stirred until it becomes thick. Next, one hundred grams of sugar should be caramelized, bring the cream to a boil in a separate saucepan and add it to the caramel. Dip the remaining oil into the mass and cook over low heat until creamy. Cool, mix with vanilla cream, spread on one half of the pasta, put the second on top.
