The method of making homemade cookies "Truffles" is simple. First, boil the eggs, cool, fill with cold water, clean. Separate the yolks from the proteins, grind the latter into small crumbs.

Heat butter until softened, but do not melt. Add granulated sugar and yolks to a bowl with butter. Mix thoroughly. Gradually introduce flour and form the dough.

Let's start making cookies. We separate a piece from the dough and roll it into a ball (2 cm in diameter). We give it the shape of a slightly elongated cone. Repeat the operation with the rest of the dough. Put the resulting blanks on the board and send to the freezer for 15 minutes.

Transfer the cookies to a baking sheet (previously covered with parchment). We send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for half an hour. Cool the finished dessert, roll in powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
