- 130 ml mayonnaise.
- 130g sour cream.
- 5 tbsp. l. high-grade wheat flour.
- 1 tsp quick soda.
- 1 tsp potato starch.
- Bunch of dill.
- 250g canned saury.
To begin with, beaten eggs, sour cream and mayonnaise are combined in one bowl. Chopped dill, soda, starch and flour are added to the resulting mass. All intensively knead until smooth. Half of the resulting dough is poured into a refractory mold. Mashed canned saury is evenly distributed on top. Carefully pour the rest of the creamy dough over the fish. Bake the cake for fifty minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. It is served both hot and chilled.
