  1. Rinse the fillets and remove the films (if any). Cut into pieces and put in a blender. Chop large enough.
  2. Mix well the chicken and broken raw egg (you can add finely chopped onion). Refrigerate for at least an hour under the film.
  3. Next, we form croquettes from minced meat - sticks or koloboks.
  4. Preparing breading in a separate plate. Beat the second egg and send it to a separate container.
  5. Roll balls or sticks in breadcrumbs. By the way, you can then freeze them for up to two months, or cover and refrigerate overnight to toast the next day.
  6. Fry the croquettes in a well-heated oil in a frying pan (do not spare the oil!) over medium heat, turning in all directions, until golden brown on all sides, about 10-15 minutes. For a he althier version, they can be baked for about 25-30 minutes in an oven heated to 200 degrees Celsius.
  7. The dish is ready, you can serve it to the table. It goes well with sauces: sour cream, ketchup or other sauces you are used to.
