  1. Pour rice with water (300 milliliters) and cook until half cooked.
  2. Peel the onion with garlic and chop as much as possible. For this, a regular sharp knife is suitable. Moreover, onions should be taken about ¾ heads.
  3. Add crushed products to minced meat along with s alt, egg and pepper. Mix everything well.
