To prepare thissnacks you will need:
- chicken fillet - 300g;
- Parmesan cheese - 100g;
- boiled eggs - 2 pcs.;
- black olives - 12 pcs. (pitted);
- green onions - a few feathers for decoration;
- fresh dill - 1/2 bunch;
- mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- ground pepper - 1 pinch;
- s alt - 1 pinch.
Preparing such a dish is very simple:
- Wash the fillet and boil until tender, cool.
- In a large deep bowl, place finely chopped chicken, grated cheese and eggs, finely chopped dill.
- Push the garlic through a press and add to the bowl.
- Put mayonnaise in a bowl and stir well.
- Chop the nuts finely or chop with a blender, put in a separate plate.
- Black pitted olives cut across into 2 parts. Disassemble the bow into separate feathers.
- Take salad mass with a dessert spoon, roll up a small ball.

You will need:
- chicken thighs - 3 pieces;
- chicken fillet - 1 pc.;
- celery (root) - 1/2 pc.;
- carrot - 2 pcs. (medium);
- onion - 1piece;
- leek, parsley - 1/2 bunch;
- black pepper - 8 peas;
- laurel leaf - 3 pcs.;
- allspice - 5 pcs.;
- spice "For jelly" - 1 tsp;
- Himalayan s alt - 1.5 tsp;
- food gelatin - 6 tsp. per liter of broth.
How to cook
To make the jelly tasty, fragrant and transparent, it is important to follow the cooking rules:
- Rinse the meat and leave in cold water for 1-2 hours.
- After this time, drain the water, rinse the meat again and pour cold water over it, place on a small fire.
- Celery and carrots clean and cut into large pieces. Tie the leek and parsley into a bundle. Peel the onion and leave whole.
- When the water boils, remove the foam with a slotted spoon and load all the vegetables into the pan.
- Add bay leaf, pepper mix and spices to taste.
- Simmer the meat over low heat for about 2 hours, strain the broth, add gelatin.
- Spread randomly cut meat on the bottom of a deep container and pour chicken broth over. Place back in the refrigerator to harden completely.
If desired, jelly can be laid out in portions in small molds, decorated with an egg, boiled carrots, peas, greens at your discretion.
Roll
No less tasty and very similar to jelly is chicken roll in a bottle. Cooking it is much easier and faster. Yes, and you will need fewer components:
- boneless chicken meat (fillet, thighs, drumsticks) - 1, 5kg;
- walnuts - 130 g;
- garlic (optional) - 2 cloves;
- gelatin - 40 g;
- s alt, pepper and various spices to taste.
Cooking this cold chicken appetizer is easy:
- Rinse the meat well and cut into small arbitrary pieces.
- Take a saucepan with very thick walls, put the meat there and, without adding any oil or water, simmer on the smallest fire for about 45 minutes. The chicken should be stewed covered in its own juices.
- At the end of this time, pour the resulting broth into another bowl. Add s alt and spices.
- Gelatin diluted with warm broth in a separate container as written on the package. Add to meat, stir.
- Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan, finely crush, add to the meat. If you decide to use garlic, you need to finely grate it or crush it with a press and also mix with meat.
- Take a dry and clean plastic bottle, cut off the top and fill with meat mixture. Place in refrigerator to set.
- Remove the roll by cutting the bottle. Serve with toast and vegetables.
Appetizer roll with prunes and tangerines

You need to prepare the following components:
- chicken fillet - 3 pieces;
- dried prunes - 7 pcs;
- sweet tangerines - 3 pieces;
- walnut kernels - 120g;
- ground pepper, s alt - 1 pinch each.
Cooking process step by step:
- Wash the tangerines, peel and remove the films.
- Prunes free from stones, if any, pour boiling water and set aside for 30 minutes. Drain the liquid and dry the fruit with a paper towel.
- Cut the fillet lengthwise, cutting through not completely. Unfold the layer like a book, wrap with cling film and beat well. Sprinkle with s alt and pepper.
- Crush the nuts in a blender and sprinkle them over the meat layer.
- Place prunes and mandarin slices on top. Pour the rest of the nut crumbs on top.
- Cautiously tuck the edges into a tight roll. Wrap the workpiece in several layers of cling film, tie the edges. It should look like a candy.
- Boil in a pot of water or steam for 30-50 minutes (depending on the thickness of the “candy”). Cool completely and cut into portions.

For cooking you will need:
- 450g broiler fillet;
- 1.5 tsp instant gelatin soaked in 100 ml warm water;
- 2 pinches. s alt, Himalayan pink is better;
- 1 pinch of pepper (black, ground);
- 3 allspice peas;
- 4scoop (0.5 tsp) juniper;
- 1.5 tsp dry marjoram;
- 0.5 tsp coriander seed;
- 1 tsp dried lovage;
- 3 garlic cloves (or a pinch of dried garlic);
- food foil or processed pork intestine.
Cooking process
Preparing the dish is quite simple:
- Chop the meat. It can be finely chopped with a knife or ground in a meat grinder.
- Grate all the spices with a pestle in a mortar or grind in a coffee grinder.
- Grate garlic finely or pass through a press.
- Spices combine with meat, add soaked gelatin, mix.
- Cover the container with the meat mass with cling film and leave for 20 minutes.
- Mix the mass again and place in the refrigerator for 12-15 hours (you can overnight).
- After the allotted time, divide the mass into 8-10 parts.
- Prepare the desired number of pieces of cling film about 40–50 cm long.
- Put meat mass on each piece of film and form a sausage. Wrap the film so that it looks like a candy.
- Strike each sausage several times on the table to remove excess air. Tie the ends of the film and press a little into the stuffing.
Now the sausages need to be boiled. This can be done by simply immersing them in boiling water for 30 minutes, or you can steam the dish. To do this, it is better to use a double boiler or a regular pan with a special insert. Ready sausages must be immediately expanded or at least cut offends to get rid of excess moisture. When the dish has cooled completely, the sausages can be cut and served.

To prepare a large enough portion, you need to prepare the following ingredients:
- 4 chicken fillets;
- 1.5 tsp table s alt;
- 1 large pinch of chili powder;
- 1.5 tsp fragrant black pepper;
- 2 tsp paprika powder.
To prepare the dough:
- 1, 5 cups flour (or more to desired dough consistency);
- 1 glass of milk;
- 2 eggs;

- 3 tsp sweet paprika powder;

- 2 pinches dried garlic;

- 0.5 tsp turmeric.
For sprinkling:

- 3 tsp starch (corn or potato);
- 1 liter sunflower oil for frying.
What to do
To make a cold chicken appetizer tasty and fragrant, you should strictly adhere to the algorithm below:
- Rinse the meat, dry with a cloth or paper towel. Cut into strips the size ofindex finger.
- Spice mix, sprinkle meat strips with them and leave for 1-2 hours.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough with a whisk, you should get a fairly thick mass. Leave the container with the dough for 15 minutes to swell the gluten.
