And it is prepared simply and very quickly. In two glasses of water, you need to boil a glass of washed rice. Fry four hundred grams of minced meat with one randomly chopped onion. Mix rice (cooled down) with two eggs. Take a mold, grease it with oil, put half of the rice,then - all minced meat, cover with the remaining grits. Cook for half an hour at a temperature of one hundred and ninety degrees.
