You can supplement it with dried apricots - then the delicacy will turn out to be even more tasty and he althy. To begin with, a handful of dried apricots are scalded (if they are too hard) and finely chopped, after which they are mixed with a glassflour, half a glass of sugar and one and a half tablespoons of baking powder. You can add some cinnamon. Puree is made from baked apples without cores - it will take a quarter of a kilo; four tablespoons of vegetable oil interfere with it, after which the mass is added to the dry mixture. A large form (or portion molds) is greased, filled with dough no more than two-thirds, and lean muffins are placed in the oven for half an hour. When cool, you can sprinkle with powder.

A glass of hot water is poured; the dough is thoroughly kneaded. An indicator of the sufficiency of this action will be the absence of grains of sugar in the mass and its even light chocolate color. Finally, vegetable oil (three tablespoons) is poured in, and the dough is stirred again. If desired, you can pour pieces of marmalade, chocolate chips, berries (even frozen ones), poppy seeds, nuts or candied fruit into it. Berries need to be poured into a colander, which is placed on a bowl so that the juice that is released during thawing is collected in it. If it turns out less than a glass, add warm water. Two cups of flour are sifted into another bowl with two tablespoons of cocoa powder, half a cup of sugar and one tablespoon of baking powder. Then two tablespoons of liquid honey, cherry juice and half a glass of odorless sunflower oil are poured into this mixture. You can add vanilla sugar or cinnamon. When the mass becomes smooth, berries are poured into it: it can be whole, it can be in the form of mashed potatoes (then you will first have to use a meat grinder or blender). In a large form, a lean chocolate muffin with cherries will stand in the oven for 50 minutes; in small ones - about 20. It is recommended to remove the product when it has completely cooled down.

Chocolate Mandarin Cake

First, the zest is peeled off from the tangerine, and he himself is disassembled into slices (the bones, if any, are removed). The product prepared in this way is placed in a blender and whipped with cocoa (two spoons), instant good coffee (one), sugar (two large) and peeled zest. You should get about half a glass of liquid. It is mixed with a stack of tangerine juice, two tablespoons of vegetable oil - and poured into a glass of sifted flour, where a spoonful of soda or a bag of baking powder is added. Everything mixes up nicely. The finished dough is poured into the greased bowl of the multicooker, after which the “Cupcake” mode is turned on for 50 minutes. If your device does not have it, set “Baking” at the same time.
