Delicious Naval Pasta: Cooking Recipe
Required ingredients:
- lean veal pulp - 150g;
- onions (preferably large) - 1 head;
- spicy tomato paste - 2 large spoons;
- table s alt - 1.5 dessert spoon;
- pasta (feathers) from durum wheat - 240 g;
- ground pepper - optional;
- hard cheese - 220 g;
- fresh parsley - bunch;
- vegetable oil - 20-30 ml;
- butter - 40 g.
Heat treatment of the main ingredient
Fleet-style pasta with minced meat should be started by boiling the wheat product. To do this, it is recommended to take feathers made from durum wheat. Thus, on a strong fire, you need to put a large pot filled with ¾ of plain water. Before you cook pasta in a naval way, you should wait for the liquid to boil, and then add a little s alt there, pour in 1 or 2 dessert spoons of vegetable oil and place the right amount of wheat products. Boil the pasta for about 10-13 minutes. If you keep them a little longer, they will fall apart, and the dish will not turn out as tasty and appetizing as we would like.
