- onion (half a kilo);
- eggs (2 pcs., hard boiled);
- bell pepper (one, medium size);
- tomato sauce (100 ml);
- vegetable oil;
- s alt.
Cooking stuffing
Peel and finely chop the onion, then fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Finely chop the pepper, there are two options to choose from - the pepper can be fresh or canned. Add fresh pepper to the pan at the same time as the onion, and canned - when the onion becomes soft.
Next, open the can of tuna and drain the excess liquid - it's easier to do this by throwing the contents of the can into a colander.
Add tuna to the onion and pepper in the pan, then peeled finely chopped eggs.
Fry all this for a couple of minutes, and then add a little tomato sauce. Stew it all for three or four minutes and leave to cool.
Making tuna pie
First you need to turn on the oven with the settemperature regime of approximately 175 degrees.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil or butter, parchment paper is a good option to cover the surface of the baking dish.

After that, you need to carefully pinch the tuna pie around its entire perimeter, do it better with your hands, it will be more reliable. The edge should be well connected and slightly raised up. This is necessary so that the juice from the cake cannot flow out.

- kefir (one glass of fat);
- flour (one glass, it is better to sift);
- soda (half a teaspoon);
- s alt (to taste).
Ingredients for filling
The filling for this pie will be more satisfying due to the potatoes included in its composition.
For its preparation you will need:
- potatoes (medium size - four pieces);
- canned tuna (three hundred grams, it is advisable to choose high-quality and in its own juice);
- onion (one medium size);
- s alt, pepper (add to taste).
Pie making method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Let's prepare a baking dish, it is better that it be with high sides, grease it with butter or vegetable oil.
Peel the onion and potatoes, cut the onion into thin circles, and slice the potatoes. Pepper and s alt all this.
Put potatoes and onions on the bottom of the mold, evenly add fish.
