To prepare four to six servings, you will need the following set of ingredients:

  • Half a kilo of veal.
  • A pack of quick-frozen green beans.
  • Large onion.
  • Three cloves of garlic.
  • Bulgarian pepper.
  • Six large potatoes.
  • One big tomato.
  • Coriander, s alt, ground black pepper to taste.

Roll up and cut into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick.

Cover with a lid and wait ten minutes until the noodles are steamed and the beans absorb all the flavors. The meat is tender and easily removed from the bones, and the noodles act as steamed donuts.
