- 500 g regular store-bought biscuits.
- 150 g sugar.
- 700 ml cow's milk (500 of them in cream).
- 2 selected eggs.
- 2 tbsp. l. flour.
- Vanillin.
Preparing a cake without baking with custard is quick and easy enough. First you need to do the eggs. They are whipped with sugar, and then supplemented with milk, flour and vanilla. All this is processed with a whisk, boiled to the desired density and cooled. Cookies are dipped in milk and laid out in a mold,lined with parchment. From above it is smeared with cream. - 1115 ml milk.
- 95g butter.
- 90g sugar.
- 3 selected eggs.
- Baking powder, s alt and vanilla.
To make cream you will need:
- 225 ml milk.
- 20 g potato starch.
- 35g butter.
- 55g sugar.
- 3 yolks.
- Vanillin.
To create the glaze, you must have at hand:
- 125g cocoa.
- 75g sugar.
- 50ml cream.
The eggs are beaten with sugar and then topped with melted butter, milk, baking powder, flour, s alt and vanilla. The resulting dough is laid out in a mold and baked at 175 degrees for no longer than half an hour. The finished cake is divided in half. The lower part is smeared with a cream made from milk, sugar, starch, butter, vanillin and yolks. Spread the second part of the cake on top and pour over it with glaze made from cream, cocoa and sugar.
Apple Pie
This fragrant pastry is sure to interest everyone who loves fruits. To make such a tender and delicious cake, you will need:
- 180g butter.
- 150 g sugar.
- 360 g flour.
- 1 egg.
- 2 tbsp. l. fresh sour cream.
- Baking powder and s alt.
For the filling and cream you will need:
- 350 ml milk.
- 1 egg.
- 2 large apples.
- 4 tbsp. l. sugar.
- 2 tbsp. l. potato starch.
- Vanillin.
In a bowl, combine loose ingredients and grind them with cold butter. The resulting crumb is supplemented with egg and sour cream, kneaded and put in the refrigerator. After some time, the dough is divided into two unequal parts. Most of them are laid out in a mold, covered with chopped apples and poured over with a cream made from milk, sugar, starch, vanillin and eggs. All this is decorated with the remaining dough and baked at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
Croissants
This pastry with custard will not go unnoticed by lovers of French cuisine. To prepare it specifically for Sunday breakfast, you will need:
- 500 g flour.
- ½ packs of butter.
- 2 selected eggs.
- 1 cup of milk.
- 4 tbsp. l. sugar.
- 2 tbsp. l. dry yeast.
To make cream you will need:
- 50g flour.
- 2 cups of farm milk.
- 1, 5 cups of sugar.
- 2 selected eggs (+1 for lubrication).
Yeast and sugar are dissolved in warm milk. All this is supplemented with eggs and flour, kneaded and left away from drafts. After half an hourthe risen mass is flavored with oil and cleaned in heat. After some time, bagels are formed from the finished dough, filled with cream made from milk, sugar, flour and eggs. The resulting products are laid out on parchment paper. After that, they are generously brushed with a beaten egg and baked at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Puffs
This pastry with custard is prepared on the basis of purchased dough and will be a real find for most busy housewives. To treat it to your family, you will need:
- 100 g sugar.
- 300 ml milk.
- 500g puff pastry (unleavened).
- 50 g potato starch.
