At the next stage, it is rolled out in a round layer and distributed along the bottom of the mold, not forgetting to build high sides. All this is covered with parchment, covered with beans and baked at 190 degrees for about a quarter of an hour. Then the cake is freed from paper and beans and returned to the oven for another 10 minutes. After the specified time has elapsed, it is covered with a cream made from cream, sugar, egg yolks and ground nutmeg. The tart is prepared at 130 degrees within 45-50 minutes.
