To begin with, beat the eggs with a mixer, gradually pouring a glass of sugar. 300 grams of sour cream, soda slaked with vinegar and double-sifted flour are added to the resulting foamy mass. All mix well and pour into a round greased form. Sour cream is baked for forty minutes at 180 degrees. The browned base is cooled on a wire rack and cut into two cakes. Each of them is smeared with cream, which is made from the remains of sour cream and sugar, stacked on top of each other, sprinkled with sifted cocoa and crushed nuts.

  • 300 g extra-grade baking flour;
  • 200 g quality margarine;
