You will need the following ingredients:
- Pork (pulp) - 800 grams.
- Onion - 1 large onion.

Roll making process
Using the recipe for meatloaf, prepare a tender, juicy and baked pork roll. A flat piece of fatty pork should be washed well and dried, beaten off. The meat must be marinated overnight. Meatloaf with mushrooms
Required products list:
- Beef mince - 1 1/2 kilograms.
- Champignons - 500 grams.
- Onion - 3 heads.

Cooking roll

Now you need to lay a sheet of baking paper on the table and spread the minced meat on it in the form of a rectangle. Top with a mixture of stewed mushrooms and herbs evenly on top.
Roll up the roll carefully, lifting the paper and separating the meat from it with a spatula. Put the resulting meatloaf with mushrooms on a baking sheet, pre-oiled so that the seam is at the bottom. Send the baking sheet to the oven and bake at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees for about one hour and twenty minutes. Take an oval dish, cover it with fresh lettuce leaves. - Starch - 1/2 cup.
- Cheese - 300 grams.
- Onions - 2 pieces.
- Garlic - 2 cloves.
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon.
- Crushed parsley - 4 tablespoons.
- Oil – 100milliliters.
- S alt - 1 tablespoon.
Cooking
This meatloaf is made quite simply, and cooking does not take much time. You need to take a bowl, put in it mashed potatoes, half chopped parsley, two eggs, one hundred grams of grated cheese and starch. Mix well all the ingredients together. Spread the resulting mass on cling film in the form of a rectangle one centimeter thick.
Peel the onions and cloves of garlic, chop and fry in a frying pan with oil for five minutes. Put in a deep bowl. Add ground pork and beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, semolina, herbs, ground coriander and s alt. Mix everything. Then the minced meat must be beaten off well. And after that put it on top of the potatoes, also in the form of a rectangle, but smaller.
Lifting the edges of the cling film, slowly roll the layer of potatoes and minced meat into a roll. Wrap the resulting roll in several sheets of foil for baking. Place in a saucepan, cover with cold water and put on fire. After boiling, reduce heat and cook for one hour. Take out the meatloaf and let it cool. Then remove the foil, place the roll on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for twenty minutes.
