  • butter - 130 grams;
  • bitter chocolate - one hundred grams;
  • powdered sugar - 90 grams;
  • egg yolk - 1 piece;
  • vanillin - a pinch;
  • s alt - a pinch.

  1. Soften the butter at room temperature. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.

This unusual delicacy conquers not only with its appearance, but also with its special taste. For baking cakes, we need the following ingredients:

  • 12 eggs (separate the yolks from the proteins);
  • powdered sugar - 450 grams;
  • 180 grams of flour;
  • half a teaspoon of s alt;
  • 180 grams of potato starch;
  • two sachets of vanilla.

Preparing dough:

  1. Whisk yolks with powdered sugar, whites with s alt. Mix everything.
  2. Place the mixture in a water bath, beat with a mixer until thick.
  3. As soon as the composition is heated to 45 degrees, remove the container and, placing it in cold water, continue to beat until completely cool.
  4. Mix the flour with starch and vanilla, add the cooled mixture, mix gently.
  5. Divide the dough into two equal parts and pour into identical shapes, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Our cakes are ready, release them from the mold and let the biscuit cool.

Cooking meringue cake, we need:

  • 6 egg whites;
  • 1, 5 cups powdered sugar;
  • 3 tablespoons of flour.

Beat egg whites, gradually adding powdered sugar. Add flour to the mixture, mix and spread on a baking sheet, which is pre-coated with paper and greased with butter. We bake at a temperature of 100 degrees for about one hour, then reduce the temperature to 50degrees and bake for another two hours.

Preparation of cream and syrup

To assemble the cake, we need to prepare butter egg and milk cream with peanut halva and impregnation.

Cream Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of sugar;
  • 10 egg yolks;
  • 375 ml milk;
  • 1 kg butter;
  • peanut halva - 300 grams.

Beat egg yolks with sugar, add hot milk, without ceasing to stir. The resulting mixture is placed in a water bath and heated for 30 minutes, then cooled to room temperature. In softened butter, whipped until white, add the prepared custard mixture. Rub the peanut halva through a sieve and add to the finished cream.

To prepare a syrup for soaking biscuit cakes, we need the following ingredients:

  • 16 spoons of water;
  • 12 spoons of sugar;
  • three spoons of cognac.

Add sugar to hot water, put on fire and stir until completely dissolved. Add cognac to the cooled syrup.

To decorate the cake, you will need peanuts - 300 grams, powdered sugar - 50 grams, a little chocolate (30 grams) and multi-colored food coloring. Roast the peanuts in the oven until golden brown.

Assembling the cake

Divide the prepared syrup into two parts and soak the biscuit cakes with it. We divide the cream into four parts. Lubricate the first cake with one part. We lay the meringue cake on top, then the cream, then the biscuit cake. The sides of the product are also lubricated and sprinkledroasted peanut halves.

The last part of the cream is divided into four parts, mixed with food coloring, getting an orange, green and yellow composition. Melted chocolate is added to another part of the cream to get a light brown color.
