  • 250 grams of margarine;
  • 250 grams of flour;
  • 250 grams of starch;
  • two teaspoons of baking soda;
  • a pinch of s alt;
  • two tablespoons of lemon juice.

Cream is prepared from:

  • butter (600 grams);
  • five egg whites;
  • one glass of sugar;
  • a quarter cup of water.

  • one bag of cocoa;
  • mastic confectionery;
  • food coloring in black, beige, blue, pink and green.

Cooking biscuit cakes

Regular biscuit dough is prepared as follows: egg whites (chilled) are beaten with sugar, flour and starch are added, mixed and sprinkled with soda slaked with lemon juice. At the end of the dough kneading, margarine (melted) and yolks are gradually introduced.

From the amount of ingredients presented in the recipe, four cakes should be obtained. They are baked for about 7–10 minutes at a temperature of 200–220 degrees. A large fluffy cake serves as a base, the rest are cut in half and used to create the necessary shape of the cake.

Preparing cream

Preparing the cream is easy: whip the whites (chilled) until a stable foam. In the meantime, boil water with sugar, which is poured into the protein mass in a thin stream, the mixture is whipped until it cools. Butter, softened at room temperature, is added gradually, one tablespoon at a time. The result should be a sweet, thick cream (oily). Then 100–150 grams of cocoa are added to it.

Building a cake

The process of building a Bear cub cake consists of the following steps:

  1. The base cake is cut along the edges, departing from them by 3–5 cm, so that the cut pieces can be used to create the “paws” of an impromptu little animal. Their size depends on the diameter of the mold in which the cake was baked.
  2. Next, in the center of the cake cut out a rectangle about 1/3 of its entire area. This will be the basis for the future figure of an impromptu teddy bear.
  3. Smaller cakes (3-4 pieces) are cut so that they can be used to create the "head" and "torso" of the bear.
  4. Then each of the cakes should be smeared with cream (oil). The whole figure of the bear is also covered with cream, whipped cream or sour cream.
  5. Next, we move on to making the bear's wool. In this case, you should use a cream nozzle containing many holes. With the help of a nozzle, the entire body of the bear is covered with an impromptu creamy "wool".
  6. Minor details -flowers, paw soles, etc. - if desired, can be made from mastic. Mandatory elements - eyes, mouth and nose - are created from cream.

How to make a bear figurine?

They work like this:

  1. The torso is cut out of large-sized biscuit cakes. Smaller cakes are applied to it and the excess is cut off from above so that the head of the “bear cub” fits snugly against the body.
  2. Further, with the help of a notch or a glass, circles are cut out of the spare cake. They make earsbear cub. To do this, the circles should be cut into two halves. Then the ears are adjusted closer to the head, cutting out two small segments from the cake.
  3. The bottom layer of biscuits is placed on a stand, the parts are glued to each other with cream. A layer of cream is laid on top, a berry layer is placed on it. The berries are covered with another layer of cream and level it. Then you should lay another layer of biscuit, gluing all the details with cream. Top the cake with a layer of buttercream.

Why do we need mastic?

Details made of fondant are used very little in this version of the cake. Bear eyes are made of brown, blue and white mastic, ears and paws are made of beige. Clothes for the bear cub can be created from fondant of any color.

With the help of special recesses for the petals, cut out details of 2 pieces of each color for the eyes of the bear: the largest elements are made from white mastic, smaller from blue, and the smallest from brown.

For the ears and paws, you will need beige parts, in the absence of special recesses, use a scalpel, circular pizza cutter or a regular sharp knife. A muzzle of a bear cub is molded from beige mastic, which should be commensurate with its head. Next, the relief lines of the mouth and nose are pressed through. If desired, you can make the bear cub smiling. Instead of a spout, a triangular piece of brown mastic is glued, a tongue is cut out of red mastic and glued. Then all the prepared elements are placed on the cake. You can also cut out the skirt and T-shirt and alsoput them on the cake. These details can be decorated with embossing or in some other way in accordance with the taste of the master.

With the help of a special nozzle on the body of the bear, a “fur” of oil cream is applied. Also apply the cream on the base. Cake "Bear" is ready!

How to make your own dessert?

They work like this:

  1. First, make the rectangular biscuits: beat the eggs with vanilla and sugar until the mixture has a consistency similar to thick sour cream, about 15 minutes. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a spatula. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes. For the first 20 minutes, the oven must not be opened to view the biscuit.
  2. The head is made from a round biscuit, the body of a bear is made from two rectangular ones. For convenience, on paper, you can draw the contours of his figure. Cut out paws, ears, tail and other details.
  3. Then start soaking the cakes with sour cream. To do this, sour cream is mixed with a thickener and sugar. Whisk all ingredients until the cream thickens. Next, the banana is crushed and, together with the cream (sour cream), spread between the cakes. Thus, all cakes are impregnated.
  4. Next, proceed to the formation of the cake. Biscuit cake scraps are broken into small pieces. Mix crumbs and fragments of biscuit with sour cream to get a soft, plastic mass. Sculpt a figure out of itteddy bear, trying to round all the elements. Making a nose.
  5. To decorate the cake, create an oil cream mixed with condensed milk: first, beat the softened butter until smooth, then, without ceasing to beat, gradually add condensed milk. With the help of the “asterisk” nozzle, they make a “fur coat” bear cub.
  6. Next, dark chocolate is melted in the microwave, from which “claws” are created. White chocolate is needed to create the "whites of the eyes". The "pupil" is fashioned in black. Then, with dark chocolate, draw the “nose” and “eyebrows” of the bear. In the absence of round white chocolate, the "eyes" of the teddy bear can simply be drawn with melted dark chocolate.

The cake is ready! You can serve it on the table by keeping it in the cold for several hours.
