First, sift the flour into a large bowl, then pour the yeast into it and mix. Heat milk until slightly warm. It should never be hot! Drive one egg into the flour with yeast, pour in the milk, add 1 tbsp. l. sugar and s alt, mix everything thoroughly. Then add oil. At this stage, it becomes difficult to knead the dough with a spoon (by the way, it is recommended to use a wooden spoon) - it's time to move on to manual kneading. Lightly dust the surface of the table with flour, then place the resulting dough on it.

Knead it well for about 15 minutes - it should stop sticking to your hands. Then return to the bowl, cover with a clean cotton towel and leave in a warm place for one hour. Then take out the noticeably risen dough, again carefully punch down and let rise again for an hour.
