  • chicken thighs - 3-4 pieces;

  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • ground black pepper;
  • sour cream or cream - 50 grams.

This pastry can be made with both raw and boiled chicken.

  1. First of all, it is necessary to defrost our semi-finished product.
  2. Then remove the skin from the chicken thighs. We wash them under running water. Separating the meat from the bones.
  3. Peel the onion, then finely chop it with a knife and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  4. Pour the onion into a bowl and add the chicken pieces. We also pour some sour cream or cream into it.
  5. Sprinkle the filling with spices and s alt, then mix everything and proceed to the formation of puff pastries with chicken.
  6. Cut the dough into pieces of any shape convenient for you, sprinkle with flour and roll out with a rolling pin.
  7. Spread the filling and carefully wrap the edges with the "seam" down.
  8. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. We heat the oven to 190 degrees.
  9. We shift the molded pies on a baking sheet and grease their surface with beaten chicken eggs.

  • white onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • oregano;
  • s alt;
  • paprika;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

The sequence of our further actions is as follows:

  1. Pour the chicken fillet with warm water, cut it into lengthwise pieces and fry until a delicious crust forms.
  2. Wash the mushrooms from dirt and cut into thin plates, add to the meat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Peel the onion and fry it separately from the rest of the ingredients in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes. Add to it grated carrots on a medium grater. We stew everything until cooked.
  4. Mix chicken fillet, fried mushrooms, carrots and onions in a deep bowl, then add spices and mix thoroughly our stuffing.
  5. Open the package of the finished dough, sprinkle it with flour and roll it out on the work surface.

  • ground pepper;

Step cooking

First, we need to complete the following steps:

  1. Rinse the chicken part in warm water. Cut the meat into small pieces and dry it with paper towels.
  2. Pour the filling into a deep bowl, then sprinkle it with spices and add a drop of table vinegar.
  3. Leave the meat to marinate for half an hour and proceed to prepare the dough.
  4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix it with dried herbs and the remaining seasonings.

  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • s alt;
  • paprika;
  • olive oil;
  • ready-made puff pastry - 1 pack;
  • cream 20% - 75 grams.

  1. Boil the fillets in cold water until tender.
  2. Cut it into small pieces.
  3. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel them. We divide the tomatoes into small slices.
  4. Peel the zucchini and cut into strips. Then mix it with tomatoes.
  5. Heat the pan and pour olive oil into it. Stew vegetables on it for 10 minutes.
  6. Now add the cream. Mix everything and wait another 5 minutes.
