Despite the beneficial properties of the pear, there are some restrictions on its use. First of all, it is not recommended to eat fruits within half an hour after the main meal. After eating a pear, try to refrain from eating meat for 2-3 hours. This fruit itself contains enough moisture, so you should not drink it with water. Moreover, thissignificantly worsen digestion. In chronic diseases of the intestines or stomach, you should not eat raw pears (prefer baked fruits). In addition, older people are advised to eat softer and riper fruits to avoid stomach problems.
