Next, take a clean frying pan, melt the butter on it and cook the most ordinary egg omelette on it. An interesting fact is that the Japanese do not beat eggs with a mixer or a fork, as we do. They stir them very gently with chopsticks, even when the mixture is already in the pan. As soon as the omelet is ready, put the mixture we prepared earlier in the very middle and fold it all together in the form of an envelope or roll.
