For her, you need to take the following components: 5 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tbsp. melted butter. As spices we use: 1 tsp. ground coriander, 3/4 tsp sweet paprika, cumin 3/4 tsp, s alt 3/4 tsp, 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper.

  1. Preheat oven to 180-200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix lemon juice, olive oil and melted butter in a deep bowl.
  3. In another container, mix the sifted flour, spices, s alt and pepper. Place next to the lemon mixture.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Brush a baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. Place grated Parmesan in a suitable container and add garlic and paprika.
  3. Wash the lemon and rub it. Prepare the zest from half a lemon using a fine grater and add it to the cheese mixture.
  4. Rinse the parsley and pat dry. Finely chop and add to cheese mixture. Stir all ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
