Condensed milk is a delicacy, love for which does not go away even with the years. In childhood, most of us used it as an additive to any flour product (pancakes, cheesecakes) or simply ate it with spoons. Over the years, we have learned to cook more complex dishes from it, for which unusual condensed milk is needed. For home baking, it is best to use a boiled potato. It goes well with almost any component. Most often, housewives cook a cake with boiled condensed milk at home.

The use of condensed milk allows you to make the finished product softer, more tender and fragrant. The main stages in the production of any cake are:

So boiled condensed milk can be used at any of the above stages. The easiest option is when it is used as a component for making a cream. Cake with boiled condensed milk can be prepared in a couple of hours. You will need the following set of products.

Ingredients for the dough: 2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 200 grams of sour cream and butter, a teaspoon of soda and flour.

Ingredients for the cream: 100 grams of butter, 500 grams of boiled condensed milk, 30 grams of dark chocolate and 100 grams of roasted nuts (better to use peanuts).

Sequence of work

A cake with boiled condensed milk is made as follows:

1. First we prepare the dough. For this you need:

  • beat the eggs with a whisk until a dense foam is formed;
  • then add sugar and beat the mixture again until it is completely dissolved;
  • air mass combined with slightly melted butter and sour cream;
  • fill in the remaining ingredients and knead the dough;
  • roll it into a ball and refrigerate for 25-30 minutes.

2. Now you need to start baking. To do this:

  • prepared dough should be divided into 3 equal parts and roll each of them into a thin layer;
  • butter a baking sheet, sprinkle with flour and bake three cakes in turn;
  • cut exactly the edges to make a neat rectangle;
  • fold the leftovers on a baking sheet and dry well in the oven. After that, using a rolling pin, they will need to be crushed as much as possible.

3. For making cream:

  • melt chocolate (you can use a saucepan or microwave for this);
  • add varenka, oil and stir thoroughly;
  • pour nuts into the mixture and mix again.

4. The time has come to assemble the product:

  • grease the cakes with the prepared cream and fold them neatly on top of each other;
  • sprinkle with grated chocolate and crumbs on top.

Put the finished cake with boiled condensed milk in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours so that it can soak properly.

Sweet layer

There is another original recipe for a cake with boiled condensed milk. In it, a sweet dairy product acts as an impregnation or a kind of intermediate layer between the cake and cream. In this case, the consumption of products will be as follows.

Dough ingredients: 60 grams of butter and sugar, 15 grams of cocoa, 1 egg, 180 grams of flour and a little s alt.

Layer ingredients: 2 cans of boiled condensed milk, 3 bananas and half a teaspoon of cinnamon.

Cream ingredients: 200 grams of chocolate (white), 400-450 grams of heavy cream, a teaspoon of vanilla sugar.

Standard cooking process:

  1. Egg, butter, s alt and sugar beat with a whisk. Then alternately add cocoa, melted chocolate, flour and knead the dough. Wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Roll out the ripened dough into a layer and place on a baking sheet covered with food paper. Bake at 200 degrees in the oven for 10 minutes. First, make a few punctures on the surface with a fork.
  3. Ready, still hot, smear the cake with plenty of boiled water and let cool.
  4. To prepare the cream, whip the cream with sugar. Then slowly entermelted chocolate and mix everything gently.
  5. Cut the banana into slices and put on top of the boiled potatoes.
  6. Cover the design with cream and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Put the finished soaked cake on a dish and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon.

Accelerated version with biscuit

For many of us, a memory of a distant childhood is a biscuit version of a cake. It is not only the easiest, but also the fastest. A delicious dessert can be prepared in just 30-40 minutes. Not bad is a biscuit cake with boiled condensed milk. For him, you need very few products: 1 glass of ordinary condensed milk, boiled milk, yogurt and flour, 35 grams of vegetable oil, 3 eggs, 20 grams of cocoa and half a teaspoon of baking powder.

Preparing everything is as easy as shelling pears:

  1. Beat eggs with condensed milk and vegetable oil. Add flour and baking powder, and then knead the dough.
  2. Pour the semi-finished product into two molds and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
  3. After cooling, cut the cakes across into 2 parts.
  4. Make a cream from yogurt, cocoa and boiled condensed milk.
  5. Spread cakes generously with cooked cream, stacking them one on top of the other.
