Perhaps one of the more popular classics. It's refreshing (thanks to the lemon flavor) but also quite sweet because this sorbet is strawberry. The recipe involves the use of three hundred grams of strawberries, one lemon, seventy-five grams of sugar and two stems of fresh mint. Rinse and clean the strawberries from the stalks and sepals. Cut into slices a few millimeters thick, leaving a couple of berries to decorate the finished dessert. Put the prepared berries in a bowl or saucepan, sprinkle with sugar. Add some water and lemon juice. Wait a quarter of an hour - the berries should absorb sugar and release juice, afterwhich beat with a blender until a homogeneous consistency. Strain the finished berry puree through a sieve if you want to achieve the most creamy texture. And in general, you can not do this. Pour the mixture into a large bowl so that it covers the bottom in a thin layer. Put in the freezer for an hour, then beat with a whisk or fork. This is necessary in order to get a more delicate and uniform strawberry-lemon sorbet. The recipe advises mixing the mass at least three times. To prepare this sorbet recipe, take three hundred grams of banana puree, a tablespoon of sugar syrup, seventy grams of cane sugar, one hundred and fifty grams of boiled water, a few currants and a couple of mint leaves. Mix bananas, water and sugar with syrup. Boil over low heat, stirring gently. After boiling, pour the mass into molds and refrigerate. Stir the dessert from time to time so that it freezes without pieces of ice. When the mixture has completely thickened, remove it from the refrigerator and transfer it to beautiful glasses or rosettes.

To prepare this dessert, you will need seven hundred and fifty grams of watermelon, two hundred grams of sugar, lemon and a glass of water. Transfer the mixture to the freezer and wait until it thickens completely, stirring thoroughly every hour. Serve in glasses with mint leaves to garnish.
