You will need half a kilogram of minced meat, one onion, a few slices of white bread, one egg, spices, breadcrumbs and 150 milliliters of milk.

First, soak white bread in milk, and then knead it until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Three onions on a grater or grind through a meat grinder.
