For Georgian spicy cabbage you will need the following ingredients:

  • white cabbage - 2 large forks with a total weight of approximately 6 kg;
  • fresh beets, medium size - 4-5 pieces;
  • large heads of garlic - 6 pcs.;
  • medium-sized carrots - 5-6 pieces;
  • a few fresh chili peppers (3-4 pcs., spicy lovers take more);
  • peppercorns (allspice);
  • drinking water with a volume of 1.5 l;
  • s alt in quantity - 2-3 tablespoons (large, with a slide);
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • a glass of table vinegar;
  • fresh dill - large bunch.

Step-by-step technology

1st step
