- 1 kg chicken.
- Small onion.
- Medium carrot.
- 50g good peasant butter.
- 2 tbsp. l. white wheat flour.
- 250 ml pasteurized milk.

- 300g broccoli.
- 300 g cauliflower.

The washed chicken is placed in a saucepan that already contains onions and carrots. All this is poured with the right amount of settled water, s alted, peppered and boiled over low heat. Fifty minutes later, the chicken is removed from the broth, cooled, separated from the skin and bones, and then cut into medium-sized pieces and put aside.
Cabbage is washed, sorted into inflorescences and boiled for a short time. Now it's time to start shaping the dish. In a deep container, alternately lay out a part of the meat and vegetables. Layers repeatrepeatedly. Then all this is poured with a sauce made from fried flour, milk and whipped protein. Slices of butter are distributed on top. - 150ml refined oil.

Both types of sauce are mixed together, warmed up for a short time on lowfire, filter and send to a container with cabbage inflorescences. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Vegetable casserole is cooked in the oven, prudently heated to 200 degrees, for a quarter of an hour.
With cottage cheese and milk
