In a combination of proper nutrition and speed of cooking, Asians bypassed everyone: Chinese wok noodles with pork, Japanese yakisoba, Korean ramen - these are all fast food, while being 100% he althy and he althy, and most importantly, low-calorie. It takes no more than 15-20 minutes to prepare such a dish, which is truly incredible, given the taste of the dish.
What is wok noodles?
For the preparation of this type of dishes, a special frying pan is usually used - a wok, which resembles a hemisphere. Due to the unique shape of the vegetables, it cooks in a matter of minutes, retaining its natural color, the meat acquires an appetizing crust, and the aroma of the dish makes the stomach growl excitedly.
It was because of the name of the pan that the noodles cooked in it were later abbreviated as wok noodles. How to cook the dish is described in detail in several recipes below, while it is recommended not to take the choice of the main ingredient too seriously and, if necessary, replace udon noodles with funchose, buckwheat soba with egg noodles for ramen - only Asians are not picky in this, so it’s worth taking with them an example.
Basic pork recipe
Wok noodles from Sichuan Province (China) require the use of udon, which the Sichuans believe goes well with pork:
- 280- 300 grams pork fillet;
- 150 grams of noodles;
- a bunch of green onions;
- one sweet pepper and one carrot each;
- 2 -4 garlic cloves (optional);
- 1 tbsp tablespoon grated fresh ginger;
- a pinch of ground chili pepper;
- 130ml water;
- 1 tbsp spoon without a slide of sugar;
- 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice and the same amount of sunflower oil (olive oil cannot be used!);
- 3 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce, which is added instead of s alt, and also to give the dish a special colorful taste inherent in Asian cuisine.
It is worth noting that despite the many ingredients (mainly flavorings), the calorie content of such noodles rarely exceeds 180 calories, so it is classified as a diet kitchen.
Cooking
The first thing to do before cooking noodles withpork according to the recipe is to boil udon in a separate bowl, according to the instructions on the package, and put it in a colander. While the noodles are being cooked, cut the pork fillet into thin sticks (not thicker than 1 cm), carrots and peppers into strips, and green onions into strips 4-6 cm long. It is worth remembering that all products are cut in advance, because then time for this will not, otherwise the general technology for making instant noodles will be violated.
Next, mix ginger, chili, crushed garlic, sugar and lemon juice in one bowl. Add water and mix thoroughly. Soak the pieces of meat in the resulting marinade for 3-5 minutes, and then remove them and squeeze them lightly with your hands.
Heat the wok over high heat, pour in the oil and, warming it up well, place the marinated meat in it. Stirring constantly from the center to the edges, fry the meat pieces for five minutes. Then send carrots and peppers there and continue frying for another two or three minutes, not forgetting to constantly stir, since the fire of the stove is strong and the products can burn. Next, send green onions, the rest of the sauce and boiled noodles into the wok. Stir gently, heat for no more than a minute and serve immediately.
With vegetables and teriyaki sauce
Rice noodles are good to go with any food as they don't have their own unique taste and smell. You can combine it with anything without worrying about calories, because everyone knows that this type of noodle is completely gluten-free, which means that the calorie content of a 100-gram serving will rarely rise above 120 calories.
To cook rice noodles with pork and vegetables, you will need the following ingredients:
- 200 -250 grams of noodles;
- 300 grams pork crumb;
- One each: onion, tomato, bell pepper;
- 80 grams frozen corn or green beans;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1\4 chili peppers;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil (sesame if possible);
- 1 tbsp light sesame spoon;
- 100 grams of teriyaki sauce;
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar.
How to cook?
As in all wok noodle recipes, the noodles are boiled first, experienced chefs can do this in parallel with slicing vegetables and meat. Cut: pork into standard small strips, onion into thin half rings, tomatoes into small cubes or slices, and pepper into strips.
Chop the chili pepper as finely as possible along with garlic, mix with sugar and teriyaki sauce. Cook the noodles as in the previous recipe: in a very hot frying pan in oil, fry the meat for five minutes, add onions, peppers and corn, fry for another three to four minutes. Then pour in the hot sauce, add the tomato and simmer for a couple more minutes, constantly stirring the contents of the pan.
Next, combine the pre-boiled rice noodles with pork, mix again using two spoons, simmer for about 30 seconds and serve sprinkled with dry-fried sesame seeds, which are part of the traditional Asiancuisine.

- one hundred grams of liquid cream;
- 2-3 tbsp. spoons of mustard;
- 4 tbsp. l. refined oil;
- a pinch of black pepper and s alt;
- a little greenery to decorate the finished dish.
Step by step cooking
Judging by the ingredients, this recipe is much closer to European cuisine, although it is also prepared in a wok pan, although not in the classical way: the noodles are boiled first, vegetable and meat are prepared in parallel with this processcutting. Next, in a well-heated frying pan, pieces of pork are fried in oil (3-4 minutes). Then you need to take them out on a plate, and fry the celery in a wok (1-2 minutes), add the mushrooms there and continue the heat treatment for another 10 minutes. In the process, add chopped garlic, onion cubes and spices. Next, pour in the cream mixed with mustard, mix thoroughly, add the meat and simmer for about three minutes so that the ingredients exchange flavors.
Serving the dish is also done in European style: the noodles are not mixed with meat, but laid out on portioned plates in the form of a rolled ringlet, in the middle of which meat with mushrooms in sauce is placed. If there is sauce left in the pan, then you can pour it over the noodles to give the dish more juiciness. Sprinkle the noodles on top with a small amount of fresh herbs (finely chopped), if desired, you can add a pinch of light sesame seeds.
