The whole family will love this soup with buckwheat. It can be made up of many different ingredients. Most often, buckwheat soup is prepared with chicken, mushrooms, and pork. And sometimes you can even find recipes with tomatoes, kvass, apples or grapes!

You will need:

  • two hundred grams of any mushrooms (for example, champignons);
  • one hundred grams of buckwheat;
  • five potatoes;
  • one carrot and onion;
  • a couple of garlic cloves;
  • a little vegetable (sunflower) oil;
  • a couple of parsley leaves, s alt, pepper.

Chop the onion, finely grate the carrots, pour them into the pan and sauté in oil until golden brown.

Cut the mushrooms into slices, add them to the vegetables and fry for three minutes.

Now take another frying pan, pour buckwheat on it and heat it over low heat. As soon as the grains begin to open, reduce the heat to a minimum and keep it there until all the buckwheat is fully opened.

Take a saucepan, pour two-three liters of water, let it boil, then pour in the cereal and pre-cut potatoes. Add s alt and bay leaf, cook for ten minutes (or until potatoes are tender).

Now put the mushrooms with vegetables, chopped garlic and herbs into the pan. Cook for a couple more minutes.

Ingredients for its preparation:

  • half chicken;
  • two potatoes, onions and carrots;
  • fifty grams of buckwheat;
  • allspice, s alt, favorite herbs - to taste.

Separate the fillet from the chicken carcass and wash it. Put the remaining parts - fat, skin and bones - into a saucepan.

Throw the peeled and finely chopped (or grated) vegetables there: an onion, one carrot and greens.

Pour in water and let it boil, then reduce the heat to minimum and cook for twenty minutes.

Cut the meat into small pieces and put them into the boiling strained broth. Boil for eight minutes.

Now add potato cubes, and after another three minutes - buckwheat, which before that must be thoroughly washed and dried.

S alt the buckwheat soup with chicken, fry the remaining carrots and onions, then add them to the pan. Add pepper.

Before serving the dish, decorate it with herbs.

For cooking you will need:

  • parsley root;
  • two onions;
  • one egg;
  • butter, herbs to taste.

Dice vegetables: potatoes, carrots and one onion, put them in a saucepan and cook until soft.

After that, s alt them, add buckwheat to the pan and mix the contents thoroughly.

Chop the second onion and fry in one tablespoon of oil.

Now pour a small amount of the decoction of vegetables and cereals into the pan, stir, then pour back into the soup.

Simmer the soup for one hour. At the end, season with yolk - pour it in a thin stream.
