- Cottage cheese wipe through a sieve and mix with sour cream, powdered sugar. Mix everything and beat a little with a mixer into a foamy mass. Enter the cooled gelatin and mix. Leave the mixture on the counter for now.

- add condensed milk instead of sweet powder to sour cream;
- use whole berries or jam fruit pieces instead of fresh ones.
With a little tweaking of this recipe, you can create a real cake. Just alternate layers of cookie crust and creamy gelatin mass.
Fruit dessert with sweet cheese

What ingredients are needed:
- fresh strawberries - 200g;
- sugar - 200 g;
- vanilla - a couple of pinches;
- gelatin - 1 tbsp. l.;
- water - 4 tbsp. l.;
- nutmeg - pinch;
- dark chocolate - 40 g;
- sweet curd cheese (like Mascarpone) - 600g;
- powdered sugar - 5-6 tbsp. l.
How to cook:
- Grate the chocolate.
- Rinse fresh berries and pat dry. Mix with sugar and leave for a quarter of an hour. When they give juice, add nutmeg and put on a quiet fire. Bring to a boil and stir. Add chocolate and stir. Cook until thick, but do not let the mass burn.
- Gelatin together with water, leave to swell. Then, over low heat, dilute until dissolved, but not boiling. Strain and let cool to room temperature.
- Mix curd cheese with sweet powder and vanilla. You can beat a little to a fluffy mass - no more than a couple of seconds. Add gelatin and stir.
- Pour berry jam with chocolate into a silicone container and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Then cover with a layer of curd-gelatin mass and level the layer. Let cool in the refrigerator. Then turn the mold over and remove it from the dessert.
To make it easier to form gelatinous desserts, especially large ones, use a regular baking dish, detachable. Cover it with cling film and when the dessert in it hardens, the form will be easy to remove.
