- vegetable oil;
- basil;
- a little dried mint.
Cooking
400 g beans are boiled. Also come with 200 g of pasta. Onions and garlic are peeled and finely chopped. Bulgarian pepper cut into strips.

- 100 g of cheese andolive or other vegetable oil.
Cooking
Beans with pasta are boiled for 15 minutes in s alted water (you can separately). They throw it away in a colander. Tomatoes are cut crosswise on top. Pour boiling water over them and peel them. Cut the pulp into cubes. The basil is washed and sorted into leaves. Spread greens, tomatoes and garlic in a blender. Make a puree out of them. Mix it with half the cheese. Add olive oil, pepper and s alt.
Pour beans with pasta with the resulting sauce. Simmer another 5 minutes. Arrange the dish on plates. Sprinkle beans with pasta with parmesan or other grated cheese. Spread tomato cubes on top.
Beans with Italian pasta
Faggioli pasta is popular in all corners of the Apennine Peninsula. To prepare it, you need: 0.5 l of meat broth, 100 g of tomatoes, 1 sprig of celery, 2 peeled garlic cloves, 1 small carrot, 400 g of red beans, 70 g of bacon, 1 onion.
Cooking
Bacon finely chopped. Pour half into a saucepan with boiling oil. Add finely chopped garlic, celery, onion and carrots. Tomatoes are cleaned. The pulp is cut into cubes. After the vegetables are fried, spread the tomatoes. In another saucepan, mix the remaining bacon with the soaked overnight and well-boiled beans. Lightly fry and pour in the remaining broth.
