For the filling you will need: 60 grams of coconut, powdered sugar and butter. Mix everything until uniform. To prepare the sausage, grind the cookies with a blender to small particles, mix with cocoa. Melt the butter in a thick-bottomed bowl over low heat and add toffee to it, stirring, bring to a homogeneous molten mass, pour in the cognac and immediately mix with the cookie crumbs. It is worth noting that the mixture will harden quickly, so the cling film must be prepared in advance, that is, pre-spread on the table. Spread the resulting mass in an even layer, place the filling in a strip in the middle and roll the sausage with a film, pressing it tightly with your fingers. Let the dessert cool in the refrigerator (2-3 hours), and then cut into portioned slices with a sharp knife.
