  • 550g lean pork;
  • 1-2 bulbs;
  • small carrot;
  • 7-8 medium potatoes;
  • 3-4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream of normal fat content;
  • 50 g classic mayonnaise;
  • 2-3 garlic cloves;
  • a little s alt and black pepper;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • spices and seasonings - according to taste;
  • 3 sprigs of fresh parsley.

How to cook a meal

Peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion into thin half rings, chop the garlic using a kitchen press. Fry the carrots in oil, and while they are browning, cut the pork into small pieces.

Place the meat in the skillet and fry well, then spread among the pots along with the oil in which it was fried.

For cooking you will need:

  • 800g pork;
  • 12-15 medium-sized potato tubers;
  • 400g fresh forest mushrooms;
  • 2 bulbs;
  • 1 small carrot;
  • 6-7 garlic cloves;
  • 200g hard cheese;
  • 100 g classic mayonnaise;
  • 75g butter;
  • a little s alt and black pepper;
  • bunch of fresh herbs.

How to cook roast with meat and mushrooms:

  1. Chop the peeled onion and garlic and arrange on the bottom of the mold, which must first be greased with butter.
  2. Chop the meat, season it with s alt, pepper and spices and lay it on top of the onion.

  • 400g boiled pork;

  • 80 g hard cheese.

Cooking:
