- 250 g of cottage cheese and flour each;
- 100g sugar;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 5g baking powder (can substitute 3.5g baking soda);
- a pinch of s alt;
- 400 ml.
The recipe for curd balls is extremely simple: first sift the flour (this will enrich it with oxygen) with s alt and soda (baking powder) added to it. In another container, in which the dough will be kneaded in the future, beat the eggs with sugar until the latter is completely dissolved. Then add cottage cheese and sifted flour to this mass, mix well.
The amount of flour directly depends on the consistency of the cottage cheese: if the product is not dry, but wet, then a little more flour will be required for the dough. Let the dough rest for five minutes. Then we divide it into equal pieces and roll them into balls with a diameter of about two centimeters.
