- 100g walnut kernels.
- 100g flower honey.
- 3 eggs.
- ½ lemon.
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon.
In a bowl with sifted s alted flour add cubes of frozen butter. All this is chopped with a sharp knife until crumbs are obtained, and then they are poured with the right amount of cold water and kneaded by hand. The dough prepared as a result is rolled out in a round layer and sent to the mold, not forgetting to build high sides. The resulting base is pierced in several places and placed in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. After the indicated time has elapsed, it is baked at 180 oC. After a quarter of an hour, they are removed from the oven and evenly covered with a filling made from baked mashed pumpkin, lemon juice, nuts, honey, cinnamon and beaten eggs. All this is returned to the oven and cooked at 170 oC within35-40 minutes. Before use, the product must be cooled and only then cut into portions.
Cupcake
This delicate and very fragrant pastry with nuts has an extremely airy texture and a rather presentable appearance. Therefore, it can be used as a sweet addition to a children's holiday. To cook it yourself at home, you will definitely need:
- 150 g brown sugar.
- 150 g plain wheat flour.
- 150 g potato starch.
- 150 g shelled nuts.
- 4 eggs.
- 1 pack of butter (82.5%).
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- S alt and vanilla.
To prepare the dough for baking with nuts, you need to soften the butter in advance. To do this, it is pulled out of the refrigerator and kept at room temperature. When it melts, it is combined with brown sugar and beaten thoroughly. S alt, vanillin, eggs, bulk ingredients and toasted nuts are added to the resulting mass. All this is re-processed with a mixer and laid out in a high smeared form. Bake the cake at 180 oC for 45-55 minutes. If desired, it is decorated with powdered sugar or melted chocolate.

- 100g fat sour cream.
- 100 g chopped walnuts.
- 110 g butter.
- 3 eggs (2 in remaining batter for brushing).
- 2 bags of granulated yeast.
- 2 cups of farm milk.
- 6 cups of plain wheat flour.
- ½ cup cane sugar.
- 1 tsp kitchen s alt.
- 1 tsp powdered cinnamon.
- 1 tsp unsweetened dry cocoa.
- 1 tbsp l. brown sugar.
The butter is put into a saucepan filled with milk and melted over low heat. When it melts, it is supplemented with s alt, sugar, yeast, beaten eggs and flour. All this is thoroughly kneaded by hand and left to approach. Not earlier than an hour later, the risen dough is rolled out in a layer and cut into sectors. Each of them is covered with a filling consisting of sour cream, chopped nuts, cocoa, sugar and cinnamon, folded into bagels and transferred to a baking sheet. The resulting products are smeared with a beaten egg and baked at 180 oC for 20-25 minutes.
Roll
This festive pastry with nuts, the photo of which does not convey its taste characteristics, is made on the basis of soft curd dough, harmoniously combined with a fragrant sweet filling. To treat it to your family and friends, you will need:
- 225g cane sugar (75g for batter, leftover for filling).
- 300 g plain wheat flour.
- 150g fresh curd.
- 200 g chopped walnuts.
- 1 egg.
- ¾ sticks of butter (100g for batter, 50g for brushing).
- 8 art. l. liquid cream.
- Milk (for brushing).
Cottage cheese is ground with sweet sand, and then supplemented with eggs, butter and oxygenated flour. All this is intensively kneaded by hand and rolled out in a not too thick layer. The resulting billet is covered with a filling consisting of caramelized sugar, cream and nuts. All this is rolled up, put on a baking sheet, sprinkled with milk, poured with melted butter and baked at 180 oC for 45-50 minutes. The toasted roll is decorated as you like and refrigerate.
Kefir Pie
Those who do not have the opportunity to spend a lot of time preparing goodies, but want to pamper their loved ones with something special, can be advised to replenish their collections with another absolutely simple baking recipe with nuts. - 150 g cane sugar.
- 100 ml of kefir of any fat content.
- 170 g plain wheat flour.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 cup chopped nuts.

Eggs are beaten with sugar, and then supplemented with honey and kefir. Bulk ingredients and chopped nuts are introduced into the resulting mass. Everything is intensively stirred, poured intogreased and bake at 160-180 oC for 35-40 minutes.

Margarine is heated to room temperature, and then combined with yolks and sugar. All thiscarefully grind to a homogeneous state and supplement with bulk ingredients.
