- 100 g onion.

- 150g carrots.
- 300g chilled chicken fillet.
- 2 eggs.
- Vegetable oil, s alt and mayonnaise.
The washed fillet is poured with cool water and boiled until cooked. Then it is cooled, disassembled into fibers and put in a salad bowl. Sweet corn grains, boiled chopped eggs and mushrooms fried with onions and carrots are also sent to it. The resulting dish is slightly s alted and mixed with mayonnaise.
With Korean carrot and beef liver
This awesome salad is sure to be appreciated by offal lovers. It is prepared from a minimum set of ingredients, including:
- 500g fresh beef liver.
- 150 g onion.
- 300g Korean-style carrots.
