It depends on the ingredients of the dish and the time of its serving to the table. Salad is a unique delicacy, striking in its diversity and a huge range of flavors.   • 100g beets;
  • 350 g fresh or s alted cabbage (to taste);

Cooking process:

  1. Initially, you should prepare vegetables and fruits. Process beets, apples, cabbage, carrots, onions under running water and remove the peel. Remove core from peeled apples.
  2. Cabbage, carrots and beets finely chopped or grated.
  3. Dice apples and mix with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. Chop the onion finely.

Components:

  • 100g crabmeat or sticks;
  • 200 g potatoes;
  • 200g fresh cabbage;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 50g greens (onion, parsley, cilantro);
  • 100g cucumbers;

  • olive or vegetable oil.

Cooking process:

  1. Peel potatoes, treat with warm water and boil. Next, cut into small pieces.
  2. Peel the cabbage from the top layer, rinse, finely chop and s alt.
  3. Hard-boil eggs, cool, cut.
  4. Crab meat and cucumbers cut into small cubes.
  5. Chop greens and lettuce, mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Fill salad.

Cooking process:

  • marbled beef - 500 g;
  • fresh arugula - 200g;
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • cheese (soft varieties or feta) - 80g;
  • tabasco - 1 ml;
  • dried cumin, red and black pepper, s alt;
  • salsa sauce - 100 ml;
  • balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp

Cooking process:

  1. Marbled beef should be cut into pieces for steak.
  2. Mix s alt, spices and herbs (you can use ready-made mixtures for marinating steaks). Spread the mixture over the entire surface of the meat and leave for half an hour.
  3. Cheese cut into thin slices.
  4. Mix salsa, tabasco, s alt, vinegar and pepper.
  5. Fry the meat on both sides until browned.
  6. Slice cooked steaks thinly.
  7. Rinse the arugula under running water, separate from the stems and place on a plate along withbeef.
  8. Pour the prepared sauce over the ingredients, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Meat salads are prepared not only from sausages and red meat. Chicken fillet dishes are also popular. These meats are easy to cook and pair with fruits or cheeses.   1. Tuna fillets should be steamed or baked.

Cooking process:

  1. Peel the fruit and process under running water.
  2. The meat must be boiled, cut into small pieces.
  3. Cheese and apple grate or chop.
  4. Cut eggs and pineapples into small slices, kiwi into thin circles.
  5. Layer salad from the prepared ingredients: chicken breast, then eggs, cheese, bananas, apples, pineapples and kiwi. Spread each layer with sour cream.

Ingredients and their sequence may vary, depending on your imagination. Instead of chicken breast, you can use ham.

Combined salads

In combined dishes, you can give free rein to your imagination and experiment with ingredients. One of these delicacies is a salad called "Greek". It combines vegetables, cheese and herbs. But if you want to make the dish more satisfying, you can add poultry or ham.

Components:

  • salad onion - 1 pc.;
  • brynza or soft cheese - 150 g;
  • cherry tomatoes - 100g;
  • olives - 120 g;
  • spices, herbs (to taste);
  • soy sauce, balsamic vinegar olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • salad (greens) - 1 piece

Cooking process:

  1. Peel the bell peppers, wash and peel the tomatoes, onions.
  2. Cheese finely grate, tomatoes cut into halves, peppers and onions into rings.
  3. Greek salad dressing made with wine vinegar and soy sauce, s alt and pepper.
  4. Mix salad ingredients together and pour over the resulting sauce.
