From flour, margarine, 4 tablespoons of sour cream and baking powder, a soft dough is prepared that does not stick to hands. Peel the onion, cut into rings and fry in vegetable oil along with nutmeg, s alt and add ground pepper to taste. The dough is rolled out according to the size of the mold, fried onions are evenly placed on it and poured over with a filling, which is made from eggs and the remaining sour cream. Then grate hard cheese and cover the surface of the pie. Bake in a hot oven for half an hour until golden brown.

- 8 medium sized onions and leeks (use the white part from 2 stalks);
- 1 tin canned anchovies (in oil), 2 large tomatoes, pitted olives (20 pieces);
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil (preferably olive oil);
- greens;
- s alt, ground pepper.
Yeast dough is bought or prepared by yourself from 200 g of flour, 20 ml of vegetable oil, s alt, 10 g of dry yeast and 150 ml of warm water.
Cut the peeled onion into cubes and fry over low heat for 10 minutes, then add the leek stalks cut into half rings and fry for another 3 minutes. The greens are finely cut, the skin is removed from the tomatoes, having previously kept them in boiling water for 20-30 seconds. Greens and tomatoes cut into small slices are added to the onion, s alted, sprinkled with pepper to taste, and stewed under a lid over low heat until moisture evaporates.
The dough is rolled out in the shape of a baking sheet, the sides are made and the cooled vegetable mixture is placed on it. The anchovies are taken out of the oil, the fillets are separated and a lattice is made. An olive is placed in the center of the squares. Bake for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Baking with puff pastry onions

- 5 onions;
- 150 g Dutch cheese;

For the filling, green onions are chopped and stewed in a small amount of oil in a frying pan. Grease a baking dish, pour half of the dough, then spread the onion and pour it with the remaining beaten eggs. The second half of the dough is poured over the eggs and baked for 40 minutes in a hot oven.
Baking option in a slow cooker

For the test you will need:
- 100 g butter;
- 200g sifted flour;
- 0, 5 teaspoons baking soda;
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream.
These products are used to knead soft dough, put it in a multicooker bowl, greased with oil, formsides and put in the cold for 1 hour.
For the filling, peel 4-5 onions, cut and fry in a pan until golden brown. Grate 100 g of processed cheese, chop a bunch of green onions and combine everything with three raw eggs. The finished cake is cooled in the bowl and carefully removed.
