First of all, measure out the right amount of rice and put it to boil. After cooking, drain the water and rinse it under the tap. Set aside to cool. In the meantime, peel the onion and garlic, cut into several pieces for convenience and throw into the blender bowl. Wash the mushrooms so that there is no earth left, put them in the same place and grind finely on a blender.
