We always remember about cleanliness in the house, about the cleanliness of our body. Regularly wash the floors, take out the trash, take a shower, brush your teeth. But few people remember the internal cleanliness of their body, because the hygiene of internal organs is no less important. It is especially important to know how to clean the liver. This organ is involved in all types of metabolism in our body, and is also a carrier of powerful antioxidant systems. That is, the liver is the maid of the internal environment of the body. Isn't it time to help her by cleaning her too?
How do you know it's time to cleanse your liver?
It's definitely time for you to take care of your liver, if pain and heaviness began to appear in the area of the organ, that is, in the right side, allergic reactions became more frequent, the skin condition worsened, rashes appeared on it, the stool was disturbed, heartburn, belching began to appear, bitter taste in the mouth, dark circles under the eyes, bloating and swelling of the abdomen, skin itching, especially on the scalp and palms, side effects to drugs are increasingly manifested, mood deterioration, drowsiness and apathy appeared.
Liver tubage
Tubage -washing the liver, gallbladder and ducts, as well as the biliary tract. This procedure is carried out under the supervision and prescription of a doctor on an outpatient basis.
Absolute contraindications for this procedure will be gallstones, erosive bowel lesions, acute pancreatitis or exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, cholecystitis, duodenal and stomach ulcers, inflammatory liver diseases such as hepatitis. Probe tubage is not prescribed for diseases of the oral cavity, pharynx, esophagus and ischemic lesions. Thus, before the procedure, it is necessary to consult a doctor, and not self-medicate.
How to clean the liver at home
If, after consultation, your doctor recommended doing a liver tube at home, you will still need to prepare in advance for the procedure.
A few days before you decide to cleanse the liver, go exclusively to plant foods and freshly squeezed juices from vegetables and fruits. The day before cleaning, refrain from eating after dinner, and on the appointed day it is better to starve altogether. On the day of cleaning, you can afford an unlimited amount of water, especially mineral water without gas. Optionally, you can pre-administer a cleansing enema.
Tubage is best done in the afternoon. Be sure to dress warmly, prepare a blanket and a heating pad.
How can I clean my liver?
There are three "cocktail" options for tubage:
- Ba glass of alkaline water (37-38 degrees), preferably without gas, mix thoroughly one egg yolk, preferably homemade chicken.
- In a glass of alkaline water (37-38 degrees), again, without gas, squeeze the juice of one lemon and add one tablespoon of oil, preferably olive oil.
- In a glass of alkaline water (37-38 degrees), dilute 2-3 tablespoons of sorbitol.
Drink a cocktail and get comfortable in bed. It is necessary to lie on the stomach, placing a heating pad and a roller under the right side. Relax for at least 1.5-2 hours. Before going to bed, it is also worth doing a cleansing enema.
Keep in mind that on the day you decide to clean your liver, you should stay at home, because during the cleansing your intestines will relax more than once and remind you of yourself. For a couple of days after tubage, refrain from fried, fatty and smoked foods, as well as canned foods and spicy foods. And it is important to remember that any liver cleansing, whether outpatient or at home, can be done only after the doctor's permission. Do not risk your he alth, do not self-medicate!
