Cooking:
- Rinse the meat thoroughly under running water.
- Put it in a thick container.
- Pour in enough water to cover the meat by at least 10-15 centimeters.
- Set the pot on low heat.
- Wait for the water to boil.

You will need:
- One chicken.

- Onion - 3 pieces.
- Garlic - 5 cloves.
- Carrots - 1 piece.
- Bay leaf, s alt, sugar, cloves, peppercorns and powder to taste.
Cooking:
- Cut the chicken carcass into parts, separate the legs and wings from the body, and cut the body itself into 3-4 parts.
- Rinse the chicken ventricles or, as they are called otherwise, the navels as best as possible, and dip them together with the chicken in cold water.
- Let the water boil.
- As soon as this happens, skim off the resulting foam.
- Dip medium diced vegetables in boiling water.
- Spice spices.
- Afterboiling again, continue to cook the chicken and navels until the meat from the bones begins to loosen and, most importantly, move away from the bones on its own.
