Let's cook the vegetables. There is a little trick that helps speed up this process. When the water boils, after a while add cold water. Or just soak overnight.

First, pick lettuce leaves at the bottom of the dish. We give the shape of cubes to tomatoes, feta cheese, avocado and spread on top. Cool the corn and beans and send to the rest of the ingredients.

In a bowl, mix minced garlic with lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil. Drizzle dressing over our Mexican salad.

Spicy appetizer for meat

Try this easy dish that goes great with almost any side dish.

The ingredients needed are as follows:

  • 1 each of sweet and red hot peppers;
  • smallonion;
  • a can of canned red beans and corn.

Dish dressing:

  • ground pepper mix;
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic;
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • s alt.

Drain all the juice from the cans of vegetables, and pour the vegetables into a deep cup. The rest are very finely chopped. Separately mix the ingredients for the sauce. Combine all ingredients.

Snack can be made from a frozen semi-finished product. To do this, it does not need to be brought to room temperature, but immediately put in a heated pan with olive oil and fry. Next, mix with the prepared sauce.

Decorate everything on top with chopped herbs.
