  2. Carrots and onions need to be peeled and washed. Carrots should be grated on a coarse grater, and onions can be cut into small or medium cubes.
  3. The meat can be cut into any pieces you like, but it is recommended that they be cubed approximately 3 by 3 centimeters.
  4. Take a frying pan with a thick bottom, pour a small amount of vegetable oil and fry the meat on it.
  5. When the pork gets a fried crust, you need to put onions and carrots in it, fry until almost cooked.
  6. Now you can put chopped cabbage into the pan, mix everything thoroughly and fry the vegetable over high heat for several minutes. Then reduce the heat to almost minimum, cover the pan with a lid and simmerproducts about one hour.
  7. 15 minutes before the end of the cooking, add tomato paste, s alt, pepper and all the necessary spices.

Spicy cabbage with chicken

This recipe already uses chicken and mushrooms, and instead of the usual tomato paste, it is recommended to use spicy adjika.
