  • 1 kg lamb (any soft meat can be substituted);

  • big onion;
  • tomato paste - 5 tablespoons
  • 1 tsp Lajika;
  • spices;
  • greens;
  • s alt.

Meat can be taken with the bones, but rinse thoroughly to remove splinters. Divide into portions and pre-dip in the marinade. It can be just s alt, spices and lemon juice. Leave for a short time.

While preparing the vegetables. For Belarusian potatoes, they are cut quite large. Roast the carrots firsttogether with potatoes to make a beautiful golden crust, and set aside.

Ingredients:

  • fish fillet - 250g;
  • sour cream - 100 g;
  • dried mushrooms (forest) - 40 g;
  • new potatoes - 500-600 g;
  • onion 2pcs;
  • 2 tbsp flour;
  • s alt and spices;
  • for frying vegetable oil.

To start, wash the dried mushrooms in a colander under plenty of water and soak for 3 hours. Then we put this saucepan (without changing the liquid) on the fire and cook until tender. We take out, cut and fry together with onions in a heated frying pan. Separately brown chopped potatoes and fish fillets, rolled in flour.

After that, heat the pan with sunflower oil and, making pancakes with your hands, fry them until cooked on both sides.

For 1.5 kg of potatoes lay out:

  • fat pork - 120 g;
  • fresh bacon - 250 g;
  • 4 medium onions;
  • 3 eggs;
  • flour - 3 tbsp;
  • all spices to your taste.

Cut the meat with bacon into small cubes and start frying in a pan without adding oil. Throw in the chopped onion. Turn the pieces well so that everything does not burn, s alt and bring to readiness.

In a bowl, mix grated potatoes, eggs, sour cream and flour. Add the cooled pork and spices here. Put the resulting mass into a well-greased form with sunflower oil and bake over medium heat for about an hour.
