- big onion;
- tomato paste - 5 tablespoons

Meat can be taken with the bones, but rinse thoroughly to remove splinters. Divide into portions and pre-dip in the marinade. It can be just s alt, spices and lemon juice. Leave for a short time.

Baked potatoes with mushrooms and fish

Ingredients:
- fish fillet - 250g;
- sour cream - 100 g;
- dried mushrooms (forest) - 40 g;
- new potatoes - 500-600 g;
- onion 2pcs;
- 2 tbsp flour;
- s alt and spices;
- for frying vegetable oil.
The recipe for Belarusian potatoes in a pot will be to your liking, as the dish turns out to be satisfying. Its appearance is very attractive, so it can be served on the festive table.
To start, wash the dried mushrooms in a colander under plenty of water and soak for 3 hours. Then we put this saucepan (without changing the liquid) on the fire and cook until tender. We take out, cut and fry together with onions in a heated frying pan. Separately brown chopped potatoes and fish fillets, rolled in flour.
We put everything in the prepared container in layers and pour strained and s alted mushroombroth. Top with 1 spoonful of sour cream and send to the oven until fully cooked.

For 1.5 kg of potatoes, take:
- 100 g lard;
- flour - ½ cup;
- 2 eggs;
- spices.
Belarusian potato pancakes are made from bagged mass. To obtain it, you need to grate the raw vegetable and in no case squeeze the juice. Here we will add lightly fried lard, cut into small cubes, and other products. Mix thoroughly.
After that, heat the pan with sunflower oil and, making pancakes with your hands, fry them until cooked on both sides.
Nothing complicated, just had to tinker with the potatoes.
Zeppelins
In general, this dish is considered Lithuanian. Big stuffed dumplings are boiled there, and here we will fry them. Inside put different products. We will try cooking with meat.
For 12 tubers we buy:
- minced meat (any) - 0.5 kg;
- 1 medium onion;
- egg;
- black pepper and s alt to your taste.

Now, pinching off a ball from the potato dough, put the stuffing inside and shape it into an oval pie. Fry each in sunflower oil, over low heat for about half an hour.
Serve on the table simply with sour cream, fried onions in lard or boil some sauce.
Potato grandma
An old Belarusian dish used to be cooked in the oven. Now they use the oven, but the taste has not suffered much from this.
For 1.5 kg of potatoes lay out:
- fat pork - 120 g;
- fresh bacon - 250 g;
- 4 medium onions;
- 3 eggs;
- flour - 3 tbsp;
- all spices to your taste.
Cut the meat with bacon into small cubes and start frying in a pan without adding oil. Throw in the chopped onion. Turn the pieces well so that everything does not burn, s alt and bring to readiness.
In a bowl, mix grated potatoes, eggs, sour cream and flour. Add the cooled pork and spices here. Put the resulting mass into a well-greased form with sunflower oil and bake over medium heat for about an hour.
