  • spices (cinnamon, nutmeg) - 0.5 tsp;
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • sugar - 150 g;
  • starch (preferably potato) - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • butter - 250r;
  • flour - 350 g;
  • s alt - 1 pinch;
  • chilled water - 120 ml.

If you want to make a light kefir pie, then you will have to slightly change the composition of the dough. Instead of oil and water, you will need to take one glass of kefir, 0.5 teaspoons of soda and a little vegetable oil for dough elasticity.

Start cooking: dough kneading
