Cooking method:

Take the most ordinary saucepan and pour all the milk from the bag into it. Then, over medium heat, heat it up to about 50 degrees. When it reaches the required temperature, remove from the stove. Open a jar of store-bought yogurt and pour it into warm milk. Very carefully withwhisk or mixer, at minimum speed, mix the products until smooth. Now add berries or fruits of your choice, as well as granulated sugar.

Jars for filling with yogurt must be sterilized in boiling water beforehand. It is best to use containers from domestic mayonnaise or baby food puree jars for these purposes.
