First option

For this option, you will need medium eggs (five pieces), a glass of sugar, raisins (or your other favorite dried fruits), walnuts, poppy seeds, flour, half a glass of honey and a teaspoon of soda. Then add all the remaining ingredients, including one of the three fillings, mix. For the next two cakes, the dough is kneaded in a similar way. In this case, you do not need to infuse the dough, so immediately prepare the forms, greased with oil, and preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake each serving for at least 20 minutes until golden brown. If the cakes rise a lot, then just cut each in half, then you will get not three, but six cakes. In this case, the layers will be even more saturated with cream and become even softer and more pleasant to the taste. Let them cool completely after baking.
