- Cognac - 20 g (can be replaced with rum).

Syrup for the filling must be prepared in advance, 3 hours in advance, so that it has time to infuse. To do this, pour sugar into the water and boil it forlow heat until the mixture becomes a smooth syrup. When the sugar dissolves, add the cherry and boil it a little. As mentioned above, set aside for a while.
Life hack: if there is no desire or time to fiddle with syrup, you can strain cherry jam, taking a berry from there. To make it more suitable for impregnation, you can dilute it with water.
Now you need to cut the banana into circles and sprinkle it with lemon juice so that it does not darken. Add vanillin to the cream and begin to beat them, gradually adding a thickener. Cherries must be carefully separated from the syrup. We'll need it too.
How to Assemble the Bomb Cake
The cake does not need to be cut into pieces. You need to remove everything from it, leaving only the bottom and sides. To make it look like a bowl. Now you need to lay out the following layers: banana, cherry, cream.

- Instant coffee - 3 tsp
For the cream you will need:
- Heavy cream – 500g.
- Sugar - 170g
- Sour cream - 250 ml.
- Vanillin - 1 tsp
- Chocolate - 100g
Cake baking instructions
Yolks and whites must be separated from each other in a separate bowl. Beat for a long time, adding half the sugar prepared for the cake, proteins in small parts. The yolks with another part of the sugar are also whipped. You need to add vanillin to them.
Combine it all, mixing gently. Make a mixture of flour, starch, cocoa and baking powder. Add to egg mixture.
The cake for the Bomba coffee and chocolate cake should be thin, so pour the dough into a baking sheet, after covering it with baking paper. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Readiness is checked with a match or a toothpick.
From the finished cake you need to make three square blanks of the same size. To do this, one of the cakes will have to be made up of halves. Calculate sizes easier with a ruler.
The crumbs left after cutting the cake will be useful for decorating the dessert.
Impregnation is prepared simply: coffee is brewed with sugar in boiling water and cooled to room temperature. It is advisable to do these manipulations in advance. Chocolate must be grated.
